Affiliate Programme Terms

These Terms govern participation in the TotalTrade Affiliate Programme. By applying, using an affiliate code or accessing the affiliate portal, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Eligibility and approval

Participants must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a contract. Applying is free, but admission and any custom terms require TotalTrade approval. Participants must provide accurate, up-to-date contact and payment details.

2. Affiliate code and attribution

The affiliate receives a personal code to share. A commission can accrue only when the purchase is correctly attributed in the connected Referly portal and Stripe payment records. Attribution cannot be guaranteed if the code is missing, incorrect, replaced or not captured at checkout.

• The code grants no rights in the TotalTrade brand.
• Technical manipulation, concealment or forced attribution is prohibited.
• Connected system records are the operational reference for validation.

3. Commission and duration

The standard plan pays 20% on an attributed customer's first 2 eligible monthly payments. Selected affiliates approved by TotalTrade may receive up to 30%, always and only on those same first 2 eligible monthly payments. The higher rate is not automatic and applies only when displayed in the portal or confirmed in writing.

• No recurring commission is paid beyond the first 2 eligible payments.
• The applicable rate and calculation basis are those of the plan assigned in the portal.
• Any customer discount is separate from the affiliate commission.

4. Eligible payments and adjustments

Only payments that are collected, correctly attributed and validated are eligible. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, cancelled or duplicate payments and use of the affiliate's own code may cancel or adjust a commission. A later reversal may be offset against future commissions where permitted by law.

5. Threshold and payout

Validated commissions become eligible for monthly payout only when the available balance reaches the minimum threshold of USD 150. Until then, they remain credited to the affiliate balance but cannot be withdrawn. PayPal is the current payout method. The affiliate is responsible for accurate payout details and for any tax, accounting and documentation obligations that apply to them.

6. Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose the commercial or affiliate relationship close to promotional content, in accordance with the rules that apply to the channel. Reviews and comparisons must be genuine and must not be presented as independent when an economic incentive exists.

7. Prohibited communications

• Promising profits, returns, trading success or guaranteed outcomes.
• Presenting TotalTrade as a broker, financial intermediary or adviser, or as executing orders or holding funds.
• Using spam, deceptive messages, false identities, fabricated reviews or unverifiable claims.
• Impersonating TotalTrade or using confusing domains, profiles or official-looking materials.
• Offering unapproved benefits or concealing relevant limitations.

8. Brand and materials

Affiliates may use TotalTrade names, logos and materials solely to promote the Programme, accurately and without misleading alterations. TotalTrade may request correction or removal of non-compliant content. All other intellectual-property rights remain with TotalTrade or their respective owners.

9. Review, suspension and termination

TotalTrade may validate attribution and reasonably hold payouts during a review. Breach, fraud, code abuse, reputational harm or false data may result in suspension or removal and cancellation of ineligible commissions. Affiliates may leave at any time. Valid accrued commissions remain subject to normal validation and the payout threshold.

10. Personal data and providers

Programme administration may involve identity and contact details, affiliate profile data, codes/coupons, referrals, payments, commissions and payout details. Referly runs the portal and attribution; Stripe processes customer payments; PayPal may process payouts. See the TotalTrade Privacy Policy and each provider's privacy notice.

11. Changes

TotalTrade may change or end the Programme for legal, technical or commercial reasons, without limiting mandatory rights. Current economic terms are those shown in the portal or confirmed in writing.

12. Law and contact
