Export an HTML statement from cTrader desktop and import it into the TotalTrade Journal. Required columns and the file import steps.
Export your trading history
- Open cTrader desktop and go to Storico (history) in the bottom panel.
- Choose the date range to export.
- Make sure all twelve columns listed below are visible. Right-click the table header to enable any missing columns.
- Select the green arrow beside Estratto conto (statement), then Esporta in HTML (export to HTML).
- Generate the HTML file from the statement view for use in TotalTrade.
The twelve required columns
- ID
- Simbolo (Symbol)
- Orario di apertura (Opening time)
- Orario di chiusura (Closing time)
- Direzione di apertura (Opening direction)
- Prezzo di entrata (Entry price)
- Prezzo di chiusura (Exit price)
- Quantità chiusa (Closed quantity)
- Volume chiuso (Closed volume)
- Swap (Swap)
- Commissione (Commission)
- Lordo (Gross result)

Import the file into the Journal
- Open the Journal, go to Storici (track records) and select Crea un nuovo storico (create a new track record). If you already have a manual track record, open it for editing and go to step 3.
- Set Nome (name), Saldo Iniziale (initial balance) and Valuta (currency). Choose a Tags Template if you want to use one. Leave Connetti Account in Tempo Reale (connect a live account) off and select Crea Storico (create track record).
- Open the track record for editing. Under Modifica lo storico (edit track record), select Importa da file (import from file) and choose cTrader.
- Drag the exported file into the upload area or select Seleziona file (select file). The same panel contains the provider’s written instructions and video.
