TopStepX: export your trades and import them into the Journal

Export your trading history

  1. Sign in to TopStepX and open Trades below the chart.
  2. Drag the top edge of the lower panel upwards until Export is visible.
  3. Select Export and set the start and end dates.
  4. Confirm with Export and save the CSV.

Import the file into the Journal

  1. Open the Journal, go to Storici (track records) and select Crea un nuovo storico (create a new track record). If you already have a manual track record, open it for editing and go to step 3.
  2. Set Nome (name), Saldo Iniziale (initial balance) and Valuta (currency). Choose a Tags Template if you want to use one. Leave Connetti Account in Tempo Reale (connect a live account) off and select Crea Storico (create track record).
  3. Open the track record for editing. Under Modifica lo storico (edit track record), select Importa da file (import from file) and choose TopStepX.
  4. Drag the exported file into the upload area or select Seleziona file (select file). The same panel contains the provider’s written instructions and video.
