Export your trading history

  1. Sign in to TradingView and open a chart.
  2. Open Pannello di trading (trading panel), select Paper Trading and go to Storico (history).
  3. Select the three dots … on the right of the table and enable all columns.
  4. Open the menu from the TradingView logo at the top left and choose Esporta dati (export data).
  5. In the export dialogue, select Storico (history), then Esporta (export), and save the file.

For this file, choose TradingView Paper Trading, rather than the TradingView provider for a broker account. The TradingView broker guide covers that separate workflow.

Import the file into the Journal

  1. Open the Journal, go to Storici (track records) and select Crea un nuovo storico (create a new track record). If you already have a manual track record, open it for editing and go to step 3.
  2. Set Nome (name), Saldo Iniziale (initial balance) and Valuta (currency). Choose a Tags Template if you want to use one. Leave Connetti Account in Tempo Reale (connect a live account) off and select Crea Storico (create track record).
  3. Open the track record for editing. Under Modifica lo storico (edit track record), select Importa da file (import from file) and choose TradingView Paper Trading.
  4. Drag the exported file into the upload area or select Seleziona file (select file). The same panel contains the provider’s written instructions and video.
